Payout Requests Delayed for up to 1 Year
I have 11 pending withdrawals dating back as far as 11/29/2021 for a total of 19,313.41. I have reached out to customer service through their chat at least once every week or two over the past year. I am always told there is nothing they can do immediately except to "escalate" the issue and to check back in 3 business days. I am then told the same thing when I check back in. Over the past year, while I have had requests pending the entire time, they have only processed 8 withdrawals.
The last withdrawal they processed successfully was in July, over 4 and a half months ago. There was an unsuccessful withdrawal process in October, but when I wrote customer service the indication was they were uncertain why it failed and to check back in 3 business days. I did and was again told the issue was being escalated.
They seem wholly uninterested in addressing the pending withdrawals and I seem to keep getting the same excuses. I wish I would have saved our conversations or requested transcripts, but I did not think at the time such measures were necessary. Their failure though is clear from the lapse of time and lack of action.
