I requested a withdrawal on April 19, 2022 in the amount of $647.51. I waited a few days for Planet 7 Casino to start processing the withdrawal. After a few days, rather than transferring my winnings, they put them back into my play amount. On the 27th of April 2022, I again requested a withdrawal to have my funds transferred to me, and they have yet to begin even processing my withdrawal for transfer. Although I enjoy playing, it is becoming a serious issue when it pertains to receiving your winnings from Planet 7 Casino.

I've checked on your account and unfortunately, our processor is no longer able to issue wires to the account type which you have.
In order to have your payments sorted, we'll need either wire details from an alternate bank or your Bitcoin crypto address. If possible, Bitcoin would be the fastest/easiest method of payment.
I've attached my email address--please send me your alternate wire details or your crypto addy. As soon as I receive this, I'll arrange for your payments to be issued without delays.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent to our processor, Wednesday: 5/18 Paid $539 + no Service Fee for transaction #194586914. I would expect the funds will reach your account, early next week.
Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
