Payout issues
Hello, I made a withdrawal in the amount of $211 on October 27th, I have sent documents to correct emails. I used a new debit card and send proper documents (signed authorization form) for new card that was used sent to correct email for approval. It is now 11/10/2020 more than 7 days and my account is still pending, also asked for bitcoin payout today which is 11/10/2020. I use to always get approved in 7 days along with emails sent that I was approved, now I dont get any line of communication as well as emails anymore. I talked to a representative that told me they will escalate this situation but at this point I dont want to wait another week before someone get back to me just to tell me resent all my information again. This happens to me all the time now for like the last 1 year I been having to wait for very long wait times up to a month or over that. This is not acceptable getting the runaround when it comes to my money. Need someone to please help me,this casino does not honor their policy when it comes to payouts.
