Hello. I am currently listed as a top winner on their website, yet I cannot get paid. On 1/19 I received a $100 deposit in my checking for a withdrawal request, after they deducted $392 for the bonus used to play. All is good there. Now, my next withdrawl of $2300 has NOT been touched. Emails are not being replied to. Chats are only the canned responses of "we will escalate" and "top priority". They have removed the phone support, so you can no longer call them. As u can see below, MADPORT100, my user name is listed as a top winner. I should have received my withdrawl by 1/26.

I've checked with our processor and they've confirmed that your wire from the 2nd was completed on the 8th. With this in mind, I would imagine the funds have reached your account by now.

Your next payment was sent off to our processor, last week: 2/5 Paid $2000 + no fee service for transaction #168469503. This wire was confirmed as completed on the 9th, so more than likely the funds for this are in your account, as well. ;-)
