Payout is 15 business days delayed and still pending
I made a deposit of $30 with a no rules bonus on 07-07-19 and played for a few hours and chose to request a payout of $2500.00. According to their terms and conditions they are supposed to authorize the request in up to 7 business days. I also submitted all required documents and wire info. In fact i used current copies of the documents that they excepted a few months ago when i got my 1st payout wired to my bank, ( thank you all at askgamblers for the help with that problem with same casino)My payout request is still pending and here it is now 15 business days. Ive contacted the support staff and as you can see from copies of the transcripts that they are giving me the run around. The last 3 customer service reps all told me they were escalating my payout request to the finance dept. Two said 3 days the other said give it 2 days. My question is why wasnt it sent to finance dept the 1st time i was told it was being escalated to finance dept?
It shouldnt be this difficult to get a payout request authorized now that ive been paid once for the only other time i requested a payout.
I wanted to give the casino the benefit of the doubt and just thought it took so long the last time because it was my 1st payout. But now that ive been paid once already then it should be faster and smoother since they have me in their system. It didnt take nearly this long to get it authorized last time. To be treated like this as a loyal VIP member is just not right. I have lost all faith in this casino.
