Payments totaling $24,538 still pending weeks beyond their payment time frames

Hello,
I've been playing a lot, I mean a lot, spending tons of time and a decent amount of money with this casino.
Started to withdraw my winnings on July 7th ... and still no checks.
Keep in mind, I should not have any waiting period as I received a check from them prior so all my paperwork is in order.

Here is the list of my transactions that I withdrew. I understand that these are my winning amounts and that there is a bonus that is deducted from each.

Please help.

AskGamblers Complaints Team have been provided with valid evidence on behalf the management of Planet 7 Casino where it is clearly displayed that player had opened more than one account. Player by these actions violated general casino term #5 , #12

"5. Only one real account per Player is permitted. Multiple accounts will be closed. Players who register multiple accounts (including accounts with different personal details) will not be eligible to receive any winnings, and all withdrawals will be cancelled.
12.The Casino reserves the right to cancel your account for any reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Casino reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your casino account in any circumstances including:
If there is evidence to suggest that you have more than one active account for the Casino;
If the name on your Casino account does not match the name on the credit card(s) used to make deposits on your Casino account;
If you participate in a Casino promotion and cash-in before fulfilling the requirements of that particular promotion;
If you provide incorrect or misleading registration, account or identification information;
If you are not of legal age;
If you reside in a jurisdiction where participation in the Casino is prohibited by law;
If you have allowed or permitted (intentionally or unintentionally) someone else to play on your Casino account;
The Player is conscious of the fact that he/she might lose money using this software.
If the Player has not played at the Casino on an individual basis for personal entertainment only (that is, you have played in a professional sense or in concert with other player(s) as part of a club, group, etc.);
If you are found cheating or if it is determined by the Casino that you have employed or made use of a system (including machines, computers, software or other automated systems) designed specifically to defeat the Casino;
If you have been designated as a bonus abuser, playing no or low-risk strategies to withdraw promotional money;
If the Casino should become aware that you have played at any other on-line casino under any of the circumstances set out at I) to X) above"

Based on the above, AskGamblers Complaints Team consider this case as Resolved and it is now officially closed. In case of a disagreement with our decision we remind player that further assistance on this matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body.

Yes Gregg is my boyfriend and we do not live at the same address but we share the same interest: playing casinos. That's what you call fraud that having two accounts and playing each on his account no matter whether it's on my phone, his phone, my computer, his computer?
I am extremely disappointed by the limited resources available to us to challenge your decision. You are accusing us publictly, you are destroying our reputation, you are taking not only our earnings, but you are also taking all the money we spent.

Hi Karine--

I have spent the past several days compiling evidence of fraud between you and 'greggabbott'. I'm not going to present every piece of evidence here. I have, however, sent everything to the management of AskGamblers as well as Max at Casinomeister.

It's an interesting thing when I receive two complaints at different websites who share the same IP, even though they live more than 35 miles from each other. Digging deeper, not only were you on the same IP, but the same device. There are more connections than just this and I have no doubt that AskGamblers and Casinomeister will agree--the evidence involved is as solid as it gets.

The reason I am being a bit cagey on presenting evidence (outside of what I've already mentioned) is that I really despise fraud. I'll be damned if I'm going to help you or 'gregg' to better perfect your fraud (not sure if there is really one or two of you involved).

As of now, all of your accounts have been closed and your winnings have been voided. There will be no further discussion on my end regarding this.
