Payments totaling $15,000 delayed


Withdrawals submitted in September 2019 for $2500 each, 6 totalling $15,000.

Copy of new card sent to ensure no delay of payment for this reason. I received an email stating that I needed to update "all" documents, despite having just done so in February and this being spelled out in terms and conditions (copy of new card, not resending copies of everything all over again).

I complied, and received confirmation and approval of documents. I then contacted customer service to request escalation, to which he said that they still needed my documents. I shared details but all he was willing to escalate was my documents, despite screenshot of email being sent. Next customer service rep quickly confirmed documents received, and supposedly escalated withdrawal.

Fast forward to December and I have contacted customer service 3 more times to escalate just the first of 6 withdrawals, and no movement. Hate to resort to a complaint but seeing as how my VIP status was also removed without communication of this to me, I am left with little alternative. I have provided all documentation needed, confirmed my mailing address, etc. Just waiting to receive the 6 checks for my winnings which I feel is only fair.

Incoming wire noted on my account for $4959 - thank you Ask Gamblers and Tawni for your assistance. This is the final payment, appreciate your help. This complaint can be considered resolved.

1/24 & 1/28 wire transfers showing as pending deposits in the bank, so one final wire to be confirmed - will update when received. Thank you.

I have received 1 of 6 original withdrawals, with the one wire dated 1/10 being deposited into my account.

I have not seen the wires from 1/24 (2500), 1/28 (5000), or 2/3 (5000), as of yet. I appreciate the updates, however until those payments are received I would not consider this fully closed. I very much appreciate the help, and I will provide updates as payments are received, so that this can be closed successfully. Thanks.
