Payments 6500 USD pending for weeks
I have 4 pending withdrawals from 6/16 that are still in process for a total of $6500.
I contacted customer support about a separate issue (that I hopefully won’t have to write here about in the future) and when I asked about the withdrawals I was told my documents needed to be verified (my license on file when I made the withdrawal was expired).
The verification system was saying my expired license was valid and there was no way for me to update it, so I reached out and emailed a copy of my driver's license to customer support (this was on 6/16 - the same day as the withdrawal requests). I also checked the verification system online again later that day or the next and I was able to verify my ID through the system.
Everything has been in order for weeks.
