I won 1000 on July 17, 2021. I've submitted all required documents to receive my winnings. I've reached out to Planet7 customer support several times and have been told that I need to send my documents again. I've submitted my documents 3 times and still haven't received my money. I had to open a bitcoin account because my bank didn't accept wire transfers, which is weird being that my bank is a major corporation.

I contacted planet 7 again to make sure everything needed was received. They verified that all documents are valid. I've been told by different customer support agents that I would receive my winnings by bitcoin and other agents said it would be a wire transfer. My withdrawal has been approved, but I still haven't received my money and I don't know how I will be receiving it. I would like to receive my winnings and would like to know in which firm it will be processed.
