Payment never reached my account
I requested a withdrawal of $2000 on 8/25/18. On 9/6/18 $1883 + $20 handling fee was approved and on 9/7/18 it was sent to the processor for payment. I received an email on 9/12/18 stating it was sent on 9/7/18 and to allow 5-7 days for withdrawal. I was told on 9/18/18 it would be in my account by the end of the week. On 9/25/18, I was given the same answer, it would be in my account by then end of the week, when I told the Live Chat Operator I had been told that akready and asked if that information was a guess or if it was what the processor had noted, he replied telling me that they needed a bank statement for my account for September and that no payment would be made until I submitted that. I have email the finance department inquiring about this because that was the first I had been told anything about a bank statement, but have not received any reply. The money has still not been deposited into my account and it has been just over a month since my request for withdrawal.
