Planet 7 Casino - Patiently waiting my payment since Oct, 2nd


I have played some bitcoin a few times here and there at planet 7. Always had suspicions about their professionalism. Well, i learned the old fashioned way.... *You know, dont touch the fire its going to burn. Self verification. * Anyways. I built up $500 on the 14 free spins promotion. Played the playthrough. Didnt over wager. Never found anything that mentions a max cash out for that bonus. So i get an email says my withdrawal was received, not long after. I get a provide your identification verification through us. Hooyu.com. on behalf of Planet7. I thought it peculiar, but understandable, as to not have to deal with a bunch of papers and legalities. So i submit, immediately. Weird, everything updated fine. Except the black and white address verification. That will take the next business day to verify. Ok fine. I send my bitcoin address and user info in an email to the address planet7's confirmation of withdrawal informed me to. A disclaimer below that address states if i used a cc to fill out the form and send to a different address. Even though never using a cc with them, i filled out said documentation and sent copies of all requested documents to both emails. Thinking how weird it was, since there was. A 3rd party verification source. So i dont harrass them or hound em. I check back at the casino periodically just to see where the funds are in the system. After 3-4 days the withdraw was denied. I get a hold of support. They inform me that they never received my documents. Well that is confusing. Considering that their required time for verification is twice as long, as the time before they said i never sent my docs. Which i have the sent emails still saved proving so. They just dont want to hear it, or see it. So you accused me of something and dont want evidence of your fallacy. Odd. Seems dodgy. Then a representative actually emailed me and stated that they still dont have my docs, i got a sencond email from the 3rd party about the same time requesting verification again. The rep from 7 said i sent the docs to the wrong email. I told him, i was following the instructions, of their email. I wanted to show him proof. He said no, they dont handle that. Blah blah. And i need to verify with 3rd party too. I explained i did. As well as, asked why they are asking for verification twice? Well. He made me make a 3rd verify by taking a picture with 2 gov ids and a current paper, with my face in it. I did. All within 3-4 days of withdraw request. Today is the 18th. The funds have been kicked out of withdrawal 4 times, all stating no documents. I was also accused of not playing the playthrough, which is bs. Because i was paying attention. Not to mention i was over 1200 when i first started playing the bonus after the initial, i think $14 win from spins. So i am now fed up and frustrated. The worst part is their bold lying statements on vips get treated way better there, than most casinos. 2nd to bar none i think i read. And how quick their crypto payouts are with no hassles. So i guess i wait. But i dont see anymore of my buisiness going to, them. I was ready to wait a while with this group. But the bold face lies and obvious delay tactics are not cool.

I have sent the address. To the exact email i was instructed to. < content removed >. There it is here. I have also replied to John and James. And all the other made up names. That keep saying that they need different documents or info. However replying to the email you sent, no where on planet7 does it show an @gwages.com domain.
