Over a month since requesting withdrawal and have not received payment or communication

Requested payout on 7/22/21 at 11:59am. Received an email confirming my banking details 3 days later. Haven’t heard anything from anyone since. I’ve reached out to the CS team on multiple occasions and all they can do/say is we’ll mark this as priority with the payment team. It’s been over a month and there has been no communication whatsoever and what seems to be minimal effort to complete the transaction? At this point, I’m almost positive I’ll never receive payment despite spending much more than the withdrawal I’ve requested.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent to our processor, Tuesday: 9/7 Paid $210 + no Service Fee for transaction #181815433. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the beginning of next week.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received a bonus (LUNCH320 (2 of Unlimited) $800.00). All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.
