Not received withdrawal I was told was sent 2 weeks ago


My withdrawal was sent to the processor on the 30-3-21
I received a phone call 1-4-21 telling me I would have my money in 3-5 days .
Yet again I’m still waiting over 2 weeks later . This was the exact same situation from the sister site I experienced a month ago .
Live chat just hand balls and blames it on the “ third party processor “ and they do not have control of the delivery time .
That’s not what It says on their website so that’s incorrect information to the players .
I am asking for an update please weather the processor has sent the payment and if not when ?

Our processor confirmed the wire was completed on the 16th. With this in mind, I would expect the funds have reached your account by now.

There are a couple bits to be addressed here...

First, over the past few months, processing to our Aussie players has definitely been on the slow side. I can tell you that your payment was already sent to our processor: 4/1 Paid AUD $100 + no Service Fee for transaction #34775234. I've sent a query to our processor as I do not yet see confirmation that the wire was completed. As soon as I hear back on this, I'll be sure to let you know.

As to the amount of your payment, this is because you used your comp points to build your withdrawal (4000 points = $40). Our terms on comp points are quite clear:

8. Comp Points come with 1-time maximum withdrawal limit.

With this in mind, the maximum withdrawal for this would be $40, however, because our minimum withdrawal amount is $100, this is what has been paid.

Again, once I receive an answer from our processor, I'll be back with another update.
