I have not received my withdrawal of $100 . It’s been over 10 days . (Business days) that they recommend to wait and assured me I would have . I keep getting told it’s been sent hopefully I’ll get it soon however iv not received it . I have always received international transfers with in 3-5 days .

I apologize for the frustration you've been experiencing with this.
I've looked into your account and I do see that your payment was already sent off to our processor: 8/8 Paid AUD $100 + no Service Fee for transaction #30022726. I've checked with our processor and they've confirmed the wire was completed on the 25th (definitely a bit on the slow side). I would expect the funds have reached your account by now--can you please confirm?
Also, I've attached my email address (privately). Please feel free to drop me an email regarding the other withdrawals you are waiting on. Please be sure to tell me which casinos are involved and your username for each. I'll be more than happy to look into this for you.
