Hi
I made a withdrawal on 18 September for $1800 but still haven't received the payment.

Whenever I reach out for support I was told to wait 10 business days and then wait another 10-15 business days . After that I was told your payment will be escalated to our team . I can’t remember how many times I had been told your payment will be processed.

Please can you help resolve the withdrawal.

You'll be pleased to know that your withdrawal was sent off to our processor, this morning: 11/22 Paid $1800 + no Service Fees for transaction #32326824. I would expect the funds will reach your account towards the end of this week.
