Not Processing Withdrawal (Fully Verified)
Well, I will try and be brief.
Have played at Planet 7 for a month or so and have made a significant amount of deposits of which I've always lost.
Played toward the end of April (using a bonus code) and got lucky. Had my balance up to around 2k, kept playing to meet the bonus and withdrawal requirements, finally requesting a withdrawal of $750 on April 29th.
Immediately after I followed the casinos verification process and submitted all of the requested items in addition to the "hooyu" verification process. A few days later I was notified that my information was verified (provided, ID, credit card, utility bill, etc).
I requested a withdrawal via wire transfer. I recieved an email with instructions from payments@casinosupportcenter.com requesting my bank account information to process the wire transfer.
I carefully provided all the requested data (quite a bit of info) to the "T". I recieved a response stating the routing number I provided was invalid. I double checked and even called my bank to confirm and the routing number in fact was correct. I also provided swift code per request to process international wire transfer.
I replied to the email over the past 2 weeks explaining the data is correct and requesting an update.
They will not get back to me. I have contacted people via live chat and also help@planet7casino.com. all they tell me is that it hasn't been processed because the provided routing number is incorrect. I kindly tell them that I had responded to this issue and verified it is correct. They say I need to get ahold of payments@casinosupportcenter.com. I tell them that I have tried and they are not responding. They reply that there is nothing they can do. I asked them to kindly contact them to take care if the issue. They say there is nothing they can do (even though they are the same company).
I recently have sent additional emails(have not recieved a response) where I explain that if the routing number isnt working for them, then I'd be happy to take a check mailed to my address on file (with a tracking number).
Again they have not responded. I even have kindly told them that I will be filing formal complaints if they do not take care of these issues soon. They seem not to care at all as they havent responded.
Look I have been a good player, my withdrawal amount is right about what I've lost at the casino and I'm not even sure that it puts me in the black.
I even told Planet 7 that instill want to play and deposit. But I wont until I get my wothdrawal.
I have about 50 screenshots of the live chat sessions and all the emails as reference. If needed I can show proof of everything.
I cant believe this place can legally operate. I really wish I researched more prior to committing my hard earned money. I've seen countless similar complaints to this place.
I'm at a loss of what to do. They owe me 750 fair and square.
