Planet 7 Casino - Refusing to pay legitimate winnings

Planet 7 allowed my two credit card deposits...I won 5000 on my second deposit. After I tried withdrawing the money they stated that my credit card had been declined. They let me play for hours and make two deposits. But refuse to pay my winnings.

Unfortunately due to the New Year’s holiday, I’m unable to pull the necessary information on this.

I was given a confirmation email regarding the documents I needed to receive my funds. I returned the documents they asked for only to find out a day later that my account was closed. After numerous unanswered calls and emails I finally spoke with a manager that stated their decision was in their "policy". I find it alarming that they let you risk your money only to not pay out after you win. This is why people should not play online. It is just not worth it.

Any balance in your account at the time of such cancellation may be credited to you, however, the Company reserves the right, in its unfettered discretion, to void any winnings and confiscate any balance in your Casino account in any circumstances including:
10.11. If the Company should become aware that you have played at any other on-line casino under any of the circumstances set out at I) to X) above

Based on the above we can confirm that Planet 7 Casino acted as per their own terms and conditions. We consider this complaint resolved and officially closed.
