I won $2500 on August 29th, and requested a withdrawal via check. I sent over the verification documents and emailed all of the check information. I was told that my documents were verified correctly. I was then told that my bank does not accept checks or wire transfers.

I then sent over information to payout via bitcoin, which I’ve done many times before. I was told that they no longer offer bitcoin, even tho it’s still an option at withdrawal and listed on their website.

I was advised that the only way to withdraw money is to open a brand new bank account at a bank that they are compatible with, but they won’t tell me which banks. I’m supposed to just open a new account and guess. I get vague responses via email every 4-5 days, and no answers other than email support in the live chat.

If my bank gave them money, they should be able to send it back. If bitcoin is an option, there’s no reason I can’t receive it. It makes no sense.

I was told bitcoin were no longer allowed. I sent you information for a wire transfer and bitcoin withdrawal. Either is fine, I’d appreciate it if it could be done quickly.

I just had your withdrawal approved and tomorrow, it will be paid into your Bitcoin wallet. ;-)
