No sign of payout and over 1 month


I won on planet7 and requested a $1450 withdrawal on 7/23/20. The website states it will pay by wire in 7 to 10 days. Today is 8/25/20 and have still not received payout and they are not replying to emails anymore.

Planet7 doesn't appear they are going to payout, Beware! Compared to the amount of money I played and the amount i won and requested payout for, I am shocked they are willing to lose a player over such a little amount of money.

I received a wire from you on 9/4/2020 for $715.20 (734.80 less than my withdrawal request amount. Which is not the amount I was comp'd on the deposit), which took 30 working days from the payout request date.

In the future it would be my recommendation that you pay your players out in a timely manner with a transparent policy on how the process goes. I guarantee your payout process costs you way, way, way more than the $715.20 you paid me, in future lost play from people leaving because they don't want to be jerked around. I wish you the best but I'll be playing elsewhere in the future.

I've checked with our processor and they've confirmed your wire was completed on the 1st. With this in mind, I would expect the funds have already landed in your account. Can you please confirm?
