I requested a withdrawal of winnings via check $1666.00 on 11/21/2019. I submitted all documents requested by Planet7Casino and was approved for payment. I have not received payment and after speaking with reps via chat, I still have been unable to get an answer to when I will receive payment. I was asked about my various banks acct, which is odd, because I ask for funds to be sent via check. Any assistance would greatly be appreciated by your site. I was told that my bank needs to accept international payments which it does. I did use a bonus to win, but I met all play through requirements and then some.

I'm a bit confused with this--I've looked at your account and there are no withdrawals pending approval or payment and there are no funds in your account.
