Thank you for your cooperation.
I believe the facts may have been miscommunicated to you or you may have misunderstood...
You built your balance using the Weekly Insurance bonus--this has a $100 max cashout. The $200 was returned to your account, as you did not complete the wagering requirement (you wagered only $176 of $600). You can still continue to play the funds and once you achieve the $600 threshold, you'll be able to make the $100 withdrawal. Please remember that all our bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such will be removed upon withdrawal request--this means, you'll need to have $700 in your playing account to have a successful withdrawal.
I hope this clears things up for you.
All the best,
Tawni

Thank you in advance.
I received an email yesterday advising that they will not be paying it due to one of many reasons that I may have breached something or played the wrong game etc, Which is a load of rubbish as I deposited on a few occasions and played by the rules every time.
I’m very cautious with everything and make sure I read all terms and conditions before I deposit a cent anywhere.
I appreciate you looking into it though.
