No help or options offered to get payout
my casino user is envpoker, I've played at this casino for about 2-3 years and never won a cent but enjoyed the games and knew one day I would.
Well I finally did mid April of this year. I used a "no withdrawal, no playthrough limit" bonus and won about $3000. I cashed out $2500 and requested to be payout via wire transfer. A few days later I canceled the withdrawal and took $200 and requested a payout of $2300. Of that $200 I played again and won another $1500 and cashed out $800; therefore my total withdrawal request is $3100 and it was approved as I made all casino requirements.
They requested documentation of ID, Bank statement, Utility bills, updated photo, C.C. copies front/back, etc. Anything they requested, I sent to them. On April 25th all information was sent and it was all approved, trace ID #6427747.
On May 25th I received an email from Mxxxx Jxxxx stating they needed my banking information to process my withdrawal. I sent bank statements, bank addresses, my acct#'s, routing #'s, SWIFT #'s, my birth of city/country...everything she requested, I sent.
then the next day she tells me Since I bank at B of A and Chase Banks, they cannot send check or bank wires to these banks because I've never received a check from Planet 7 at these banks before.
This makes absolutely NO sense, furthermore she can't give me a list of US banks they do transactions with; but I have to find another bank and open all kinds of accts with the hopes of Planet 7 approved by all these banks.
I've never won anything from this casino, so I wouldn't have a history of depositing checks; but there has to be another way to receive my winnings and Michelle offers NO help or suggestions or options to me.
I am asking your help in this matter!
