No communication so I didn't get my payment

Good afternoon, more than 6 months ago I won a bonus worth $100. I completed the rollover and I keep that money in my casino account, but there is no way to withdraw it. First because no one answers the emails, there is no live chat. The phones do not work, there is no any type of communication. I would like to know if that casino is real because I have read multiple complaints about that casino from many scammed users. If you could help me collect my $100, I would greatly appreciate it. I also sent my ID and other evidence to a support email and they only gave automatic responses, no one has ever responded to me, or called me, I attach some images as evidence,

Following a careful review of valid information and proof presented by Planet 7 Casino management, the AskGamblers Complaint Team has reasonable grounds to suspect that the player hasn't been honest with us providing fake evidence.

The AskGamblers Complaint Team maintains zero tolerance toward players trying to abuse our complaint service and not using it in good faith. Therefore, we made the decision to reject this complaint and to impose a permanent ban on the player to use our services from now on.

Good afternoon, all the images and links posted are absolutely real and from your own page there is NO MANIPULATION at all, you just keep lying and that statement is totally defamatory, I also would want you to respond to us in the 2nd place "why there is NEVER communication with your casino", never is never, you DO NOT respond to all the emails i sent, there is NO live chat, it doesn't work, it doesn´t exist, Why this permanent lack of communication with users? always....this is the way you work correctly ?

Last year was when I won the bonus that you sent me to my email (Planet 7 allowed my region without problems), but I repeat, since there was NEVER communication, there is no way to clarify anything, only through Askgamblers (about a month ago).

Unfortunately the website also does not have the appropriate transaction history, they give a maximum of 30 days to be viewed (as you can see in images), and this was 8 months ago, a way to hide evidence

I am going to re post the images and links for the last time as a hard evidence and let Askgamblers act as the true judge in this, and you pay what I earn according to your own rules and terms, It's been longer than 8 months ago with NO reply at all.
