Never ending circling for payment

At this point I think this is probably a hail mary to actually get my payouts but this site has good reviews so here goes nothing.

I have been in a never ending cycle of requesting payouts only to see my withdraws canceled and cash returned to balance. I had a nice win playing slots at Planet 7 Casino and made a withdrawl request on March 21 2025 (pic attached). I patiently waited for a month, nothing. When I checked my account on Apr 23 the request was cancelled and funds back in my account. I asked chat why. I was notified it was because they didnt have my btc addrees. I was asked to make the withdrawal again and send an email confirming my btc address. I did just this on apr 23 (attached is the pic of my 4 requests made on apr 23) I also sent an email on apr 23 that I can provide if necessary, showing confirmation of my btc address for payments. again, I waited very patiently. I checked in on may 8 and again my requests were cancelled. Again I was told my btc address wasnt provided. I provided it when I made the request. I provided it in another email confirmation. Again I was told to resubmit withdrawls. I did. I made my requests and sent another email confimation on may 8. the 3rd time now. I have since checked in with chat through May and have been told everything is good. Now I logged in again june 2 and again my payments were cancelled. Again because they didnt have my btc address. The one I emailed. The one I entered to make the request. The same one I was told was all good through chat. And again, now I've been asked to do it all over again. At this pace I will never see a payment.

I am expecting full payment of the entire 10000 balance that I have requested 3 times now and been waiting months for. Anything less in unacceptable. Payment shall be sent to btc address:
