Need help with delayed payment


I have been waiting on my $1000 payment since September 27...I contacted planet 7 casino on October 8 asking about my pending payment, and planet casino rep told me they will have it escalated (screenshot poster to attach files) Today is the October 15 and my withdrawal is still pending on my account.

I've checked with our processor and they've confirmed that your last wire was completed on the 10th. With this in mind, I would expect the funds will be in your account today or tomorrow (if not already). ;-)
