My withdrawal requests not getting approved in a timely manner

I'm posting a complaint because i get the most honest and helpful answers here . i have these request pending

1 is over the 10 day approval window. the 2nd will be at or past the approval window by the time i get a response . the 3rd i put in because it will be late also by the time we get the others settled

Please make sure to update your issue in a timely manner and let the AskGamblers Complaints Team know if you got the disputed payment/s.

We would also like to use the occasion and suggest to player to submit new complaint against the casino in question, in case something goes wrong with their outstanding payments which were not part of the current complaint.

Please be in aware in case you fail to respond within the given time frame we will consider your issue as resolved and your complaint will be closed accordingly. Please keep in mind that as per the AGCCS terms providing updates in a timely manner is a must.

Hi Martin--

I've checked with our processor and that last wire was completed on the 25th. By now, you should have received the funds in your account.

Regarding the two new withdrawals, these are still within our normal time frame for approval. I'd like to ask that this complaint be closed as resolved, as there is nothing pending which is delayed. I'll still continue to monitor your account to ensure the new withdrawals are sorted within our posted time frames.
