My payout keeps getting delayed

I’ve been getting run around in circles since day one.

  1. Upon wanting to gamble I spoke with customer service to make sure I was verified so I could also withdraw. I turned in all my identification.
  2. I was promised everything was good by agent. Funds should be withdrawable
  3. I win and complete all cash out requirements
  4. Initiated 2470 withdrawal 9-10
  5. withdrawal denied 9-15
  6. I speak with multiple agents it seems like they are all wanting me to provide information that I provided multiple times. Noting changes from it.
  7. My 2nd withdrawal is approved 5 days later
  8. Agent promised me 24-48 hours and I’ll see my money.
  9. 24 hours nothing
  10. 48 hours noting and agents are now telling me 7-10 business days.
  11. I keep checking because I’m waiting on bitcoin transaction.. usually takes 5 minutes beginning to end
  12. False hope on the 7th business day nothing and when I ask I’m told that withdrawals are paid on Friday I most likely will get it then so on the 8th day Friday I check in to be told that they are within their timeframe and basically brushed off.. today I messaged and asked what time I could expect payment tomorrow and I’ve got a whole new story no one’s told me About. Now it’s 7-10 days for a 3rds party processor to pay out.

At this point I don’t trust that I will ever get paid. If it’s not one thing it’s another please help me
