My payout is pending and denied for months


I have asked for my money at least 4 or 5 times in the last several months and each time I get told a different reason as to why I cannot get my money. I don't know what to do. The first several times they asked me for my information only to eventually tell me they still didn't have it or it was wrong when I know it was not.

This time they are making me deposit with bitcoin because I was told that is the only way to be able to get my money. If I make a deposit with bitcoin then they can pay me out in bitcoin. I did what they asked but when I really think about how that made me feel, I feel like I am literally getting scammed out of my money. I have spent so much with them and this deposit is just a drop in the bucket as a comparison.

I apologize for the frustration you've experienced with this.

I'm pleased to tell you that your payment was sent to our processor, last month: 12/26 Paid $1410 + no Service Fee for transaction #187397566. Our processor confirmed the wire was completed on the 29th, so I would expect the funds have already arrived in your account by now.
