My Account has been blocked before i received my winning


Hi My name is <ful name removed> . My user name is Perfectionhome.

I Have won $1400 a couple of months ago on "Double your luck" . Was winning the jackpot of close to $2000, but have had managed to withdraw around $1500. At start I was asked to send all the documents as usual, so I did. After a few weeks later it wasn't verify due to the different address from when I opened the account to current address. But it was genuinely because of I have moved house, so I updated the address with the authorize department, and then after a couple weeks later my documents were approved, followed by approved of my withdraw a couple of weeks afterward. SO I was pretty happy, and waiting for my withdraw to be clear in my bank. While I was waiting, I often checked with the agent operator about when would my withdraw will be clear as usual. And I was advised that it should be within 5 to 12 business days or something like that, which was due around 10 days ago,. But the problem was, since a couple of weeks ago, I wasn't able to log in to my account what so ever without been putting wrong password in it as I have all my devices to remember all password. So I went to chat but since I couldn't log in to my account, I was only able to leave the message. So I have left it about 4 or 5 messages in different time, but no one ever got back to me. And I have never received any fund in my account till now.

So I would really appreciate it if someone from Planet7 Casino can sort out this issue. As I have been a genuine loyalty player since 2016 or a bit even before. I really like playing slot in Planet7 Casino as I often won, and I like the bonus deposit system as the wager isn't that high like other casino, but never really withdraw before but only this time, and sadly my account has been blocked instead of paying me for what I won.
