My account got canceled without further notice and without a explanation after a big win


My dream turning to dissapointment with planet 7 casino.

After creating a account and depositing 30 dollars and getting a bonus i made a huge win and played through the wagering requirements. Then i asked for a withdrawal of 2500 dollars, and started the verifying process. Here my warning bells started to sound when the application they used, "Hooyu", did not accept my documents with ridiculous claimes like that my name did not match and that my proof of adress was a picture of a computer screen, when it was a scanned pdf. These documents has never failed me at any other casinos verification process, they are bulletproof.

And when i contacted the livechatt, about depositing problems, i got kicked out of the chat and application from nowhere, and could not log in again. After contacting planet 7 via mail (because i did not receive any message) they said my account had been revoked and refused to tell me which terms and conditions i have broken. I have read through Planet 7 T&C (Have it all saved and also attached a list of restricted countries, mine are not on it) and can not find anything that would allow them to do this to me. I have played fairly at Planet 7, so it really upsetts me to be kicked out like this.

But im sure it is just all a misunderstanding and that we will come to an understanding soon.

I've looked into this issue and the trouble is that the deposit you made (which built up the funds for your withdrawal) was declined by your bank and was not collected by the casino. It is because of this that your withdrawal is being declined.

I'm very sorry it's not better news...
