Multiple withdrawal denials and different explanations

About 2 months ago I made a deposit without any bonus on Planet 7 Casino.

A couple of days went by with me playing and I was up over 2k. I then decided to withdraw some and I would just play out the rest. I did the wire option and spoke to a service agent. They gave me a big list of what I needed and I went through the list thoroughly and made sure I had everything,

I requested $1,200 and once they received the request they did acknowledge that they received it. I had already read that it could take 7 business days so I waited a good 3 weeks before I got ahold of customer service. The guy told me that they were having trouble confirming the funds. He said it looked like mixed funds with a bonus. I got a little heated at that point cause I made sure I didn’t have any situation that could be misconstrued and end up like this. So I cut the guy off the line and ended up getting ahold of them again and this person told me that they may still take a few days but looked like everything was on track.

I waited about another week and a half at which point the request was denied.

I immediately got ahold of them and was told that I was missing part of my paperwork. I was losing patience at this point. I decided to try again and this time I dropped it down to something a little less noticeable to $200 and this time I did bitcoin withdrawal.

I waited about 9 days and contacted and was told they still had a couple more days. 15 days after I submitted the request, the request was denied. When I contacted them and asked why, the lady told me that they needed to confirm the Bitcoin address which I had already done when I submitted the request. She told me to make another request.

That was 3 days ago and I don’t know how much more of this I can take.
