Multiple delayed payments

I have not received payment for 5 withdrawal requests:
1. 3/27/19 for $288.81, approved 4/11 for $178 -- told on 4/29 check was generated but I have not received it
2. 4/6/19 for $470, approved 4/11 for $366
3. 4/7/19 for $995, approved 4/11 for $911
4. 4/7/19 for $995, approved 4/19 for $905
5. 4/10/19 for $999, not even reviewed as of 5/28
Have spoken to online chat reps, called and spoken to live support reps, emailed support and told to speak with online chat reps to have account escalated. Account was escalated three times. They say they 'see it has been delayed'; now I am told it is because I requested payment via check as opposed to wire transfer and they are having trouble with their checks. I submitted the required verification forms. They have not indicated I violated any of their policies and I would like Planet 7 to pay me for my winnings.
