I have been playing planet 7 for several months now. I requested a withdrawal of $800 on January 12, 2020. I sent all information that they requested via email. I waited and had no indication that anything was not complete. I assumed all was good to go. About a month later I sent several emails with no response. I then utilized the chat feature. I was informed by one rep that I needed more information on the bank for the wire transfer. Ok, no problem. I sent that info over. The rep told me that because it had been so long, my case would be escalated. They asked for 72 hours for a response. I waited and checked back in after that time frame. Still no answers. I was simply informed I was to wait some more time and they would "escalate" once again. I contacted them again this morning, only to be asked for the same info again. They are simply reading a script and it shows. I just want my money. I am beginning to feel very nervous. No person to talk to. I can't get a person in charge with definate answers. Just keep getting the run around. It took just seconds for them to pull money from my card, but months to pay out? Their own standards state approx. 2 weeks. Each time contact has been made, I have initiated. No emails or request for futher needed information from me. This doesnt seem very honest on their behalf when they advertise "the most trusted online casino" and "fastest payout". I just want them to be honest and do what they say they do.
