Back on August 16, 2020 I won a large amount of money. I believe it was over $6000. I was playing with a bonus so I continued playing until I was able to withdrawal. Finally I was able to withdraw at $4751. The max per withdrawal is $2500 so I split it up into two payments. The first (12964678) for $2500 and the second (12964684) for $2251. On September 23 I received the first payment for $2176.22 (12964678.) I have yet to receive the remaining amount of $2251. I have reached out numerous times and have been it was escalated and yet nothing is being done. I would also like to know why I lost so much out of the first payment and want to make sure more is not taken out for the second payment. Like I said, I played through a ton of money before it would even allow me to withdrawal. I understand the wire fees, etc, but $425 seemed a bit much. No other casino I play on does this. Once you are able to withdraw that is the amount you get. They don't let you withdraw until you've played through the bonus. Every time I cash out on Planet 7 they take a huge extra portion out from the number that it says I am able to withdrawal. So I am asking for two things: first and foremost I would like the remainder of my payment that I won. Secondly I would like some answers on why they always take the additional money out.

I do have screenshots of my correspondence with Planet 7 if you need those.
