Missing documents randomly

Hello I have a small $200 withdrawal I’m unable to do anything with because Planet 7 suddenly has again says my account is missing documents. I find it strange that 3-4 months ago when I had requested a withdrawal I had to provide same documents which was the 3rd or 4th time I submitted them to finally get paid. I’ve tried contacting them via email help desk.. don’t bother I’ve NEVER received a response ever it’s ridiculous. They make it nearly impossible to get paid out, during the pandemic I won 50K on a bonus round with clean deposit only to dwindle through it from waiting on withdrawal processing. After making that mistake I won 4K off my monthly insurance made the playthrough requirement waited over a month to process requested check payout. Was denied, told to open a bank account they could wire my funds to. Ended up settling on a players card which did absolutely no good was basically play money. It wasn’t until I started using crypto currency that I was able to finally receive an actual cash win. For the many 10’s of thousands deposited I believe I’ve maybe been able to withdrawal 2-3k and it’s always a new hoop to go through never a simple task. I’m tired of it. There’s so much more I could go on writing a novel on attempting to get sort of payout. I just want my 200.

Hi Tawni,
I tried to cash out again but still same issue not allowing process to even start due to missing documents. I live chatted with priority player rep she said documents were up to date and were all there and that everything was good to go still again same message missing documents. I attached screen shot. Only other question is when we hopefully rectify this and I’m able to start how long will process wait time be? I believe I waited a full month last time even after having vip rep promising escalation more than once. Appreciate your help.
