Manager withdrawal request of my 15000 USD win


I completed all play-through requests and bonus requests

I made a 30-dollar deposit with my cash app card and my deposit was approved and applied to my account well while playing

I hit big for 15000 dollars when I went to withdraw my money all of it was there next day they took all my money saying there was an issue with my card.

This is the same card that I used to make my deposit and there was no issue but I hit big now there is an issue and they refuse to give me my I won my money fair and square they denied my withdrawal request and just took my money and just refuse to give it back I’m attaching all the files to support my claim

Following a careful review and consideration of all the information, details and/or proof presented by the parties during the complaint process, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that Planet 7 Casino management acted in accordance with their Terms and Conditions.

in addition to this, as Casino representative already stated, if the Player provides statement and proves that money was transferred to the casino, their action will be reversed.

But for now, the AskGamblers Complaint Team considers this case resolved and it is now officially closed. While we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that, in case of a disagreement with our decision, further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.

I've reviewed your account and it's not good news...

When the charge was presented to your bank, it was declined--we have never received the funds for your deposit. In a nutshell, if we did not receive a deposit, there can be no winnings.

If you can provide your statement from your bank proving the charge was indeed paid, then this can be reversed. Without proof that the deposit was paid, the funds will remain voided.

I've sent the necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.
