I trust you are well. Thank you for your reply. As I am very new to the casino world never in my life gambled I was not aware that su h a thing as a bonus abuser exists I do apologize for that . I was introduced to online casino gambling through a friend of mine not knowing anything at all about how they operate and I did not think that it was ever going to be an issue simply because the bonuses was all redeemed successfully there were times when the bonus is not redeemed but then they will tell you that a deposit needs to be made in order to redeem the bonus so this is why I didn't think anything of I I do however see what you are saying and if I had known thus bonus abuser thing the I would have deposited along time ago the only reason why I did not deposit in any of the casino's is because of the withdrawal issue so I thought I can't deposit what if I deposit and win and I want to withdraw its going to obviously do the same thing so again I am new to the casino world and if my accounts was not banned then by all means I would make a deposit so I personally feel that my accounts being closed was not fair I could have first been sent this message and actually first replied to you guys before you made the decision to close my accounts. You've lodge four separate complaints against our casinos...each will receive the same reply:

4. Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdrawal the second No Deposit Bonus.
17. The Player is entitled to only one free chip in between deposits; any winnings resulting from multiple free chips will be void. For example, should a Player redeem two free chips in a row, he/she will not be able to withdraw any winnings generated by playing on said chip.

In each casino, you've used at least 12 free chips in a row, without ever making a single real money deposit. You've further attempted to redeem dozens of free chips (denied).
It should come as no surprise that your winnings have been voided, in keeping with our terms and conditions. Further, all of your accounts have been banned, as you have clearly shown yourself to be a bonus abuser.
I've forwarded all necessary evidence to AskGamblers management as proof that what I've stated is accurate.

I'm sending screenshots of the withdrawal procedure in Plant 7 casino I've numbered them 1-4 and the page number 4 is where I am stuck on as I do not know how to make the $10 BTC verification deposit.
I hope this helps you better understand my problem.
