Made a deposit and suddenly the website is down
I’ve called VIP help line and they said P7 is performing maintenance. I’ve called twice. The site itself is up, but when logging in it says “under maintenance” and doesn’t allow entry. It’s unfair that as soon as I made a deposit and received confirmation that suddenly the site doesn’t allow me to play the deposit I made? It’s been half an hour at least, and I called back again to be told there is no time frame given for “the back end maintenance” why not send players an email warning them of upcoming maintenance issues. I wouldn’t have made a deposit then if I knew I couldn’t play it. Why can’t they let their VIP reps know more so a time frame can be given? Seems strange to me. So many complaints on non-payment and then this? What’s going on?
