Keeps rejecting and stalling my withdrawal
Hi: This is only the second time in 2 years, and for a second time they are stalling issuing my payment. I withdrew money on 01/18/19 for $2000. They kept rejecting it because they wanted me to "verify my identity" through this thing called whoyu which I had difficulty doing bcz they kept rejecting my documents yet no one to assist me . They finally approved my withdrawal minus the bonus which came out to around $1433 on Feb 23rd. After that, they held it up because I had to resubmit my credit card agreement because I didn't include a card that I no longer use. They made me do that even though I told them the card had been cancelled and destroyed. Fast forward to April, and they sent me an email asking me which bank I was going to deposit the check to. I told them my Credit Union doesn't accept International Checks and to just send me the Check and I would open a new bank account then. (Which is what I had to do last time.)
They sent me back an email saying that they won't issue me my check UNTIL I have an account that accepts International Checks and Wire. I can't believe this! They are doing anything possible to keep from having to send me my withdrawal! Please help if you can. I'm at the end of my patience! Thanks so much!
