Intentional delay tactics of approved withdrawal
Hi,
Please help me with what has been a shockingly appauling experience yet again with Planet 7 Casino.
I have a 2k approved withdrawal on the 12/13th Dec 2018. I inadvertintly found out that they longer accept my bank due to recent changes. Was told to open a new recommended bank account (which i really dont need) before they will approve my already priority withdrawal.
The new bank + wire details have been sent 4+ times now and all I get are lame excuses and delay tactics. My fustrating is they keep cancelling my withdrawal because they say new bank details have not been recieved and only nolonger approved bank details are on my profile. Hence when instructed to make a new withdrawal its declined within days because finance does not have my new bank wire details which have been sent 4+ times now.
Please help me get my US$2k
