I'm being given the run around and a lot of repeated excuses and poor communication within departments

Hello

I would like to thank you in advance for giving me another opportunity to explain myself.

These interactions between Myself and Customer service representatives & Finance agent/ Manager have been going on since about 2nd week of December roughly as per the date Dec 11, 2023, after being Validated or Identity Approved and all required Credentials requested from Planet 7 Casino, I find myself now not believing that they are legit or even never the less seems to me that they are giving me the runaround and trying to buy themselves time or avoiding releasing the money.

I won which was 1,419$ USD, and after the bonus was deducted the amount was 1,366$ USD, overnight i had signed out and when I logged back in several hours later I noticed my amount was 1319$USD I then asked over support chat and they had given me another excuse about the bonus being deducted which was odd because i was told that already had happened I have been exhausted in going back and forth so i couldn't argue it anymore and didnt seem like the customer support was of any support besides always giving me the run around of excuses each representative always had something different to say, and it seem like between the departments there was such poor communication.

So after my first withdrawal request was approved and I provided all the requested bank info that they asked for unfortunately my bank BMO had provided me with the incorrect swift code I shortly after did correct that mistake and provided Antonio with the correct swift code, the Finance Manager Elena told me that they cannot no longer Wire transfer the approved funds to my BMO bank and that I need an alternative option which was another bank of my own or a crypto wallet & needless to explain that I had to then re-submit my request to withdraw my winnings which have already been approved but for some reason they explain that it had to run through their process and be verified which was super strange and made little sense to me. and that amount I forgot to mention was 1,250$USD

I did leave 69$ in the account which played through, anywho well I find myself now waiting since Dec 29th, 2023 since I provided about now 3 attempts of my Bitcoin wallet address and I just recently was informed By the MAnager that they haven't been able to approve my Query because they haven't received any valid alternative option for them to send the winnings of the amount 1,250$ USD. it blows my mind and it's super frustrating very misleading and confusing I'm at the point where I simply need to share this experience with others so they can think twice before using planet 7 unless they have the patience to wait and be mislead and truthfully they aren't being honest to what they're policy and guidelines say.

It's brutal ignorant and unfair. I have attached screenshots of the evidence and interactions that I did document I wish I had more but you will be able to see the circle run around I've been looped into being fed excuse after excuse and I'm done waiting and frustrated with the lack of honesty and urgency that the planet 7 staff have been providing me with.

Thanks again for taking the time to overlook and helping me find a solution to this matter and justifying urgency for what's fair and i honestly sincerely appreciate this website and respect and admire the culture you share with hard-working gamblers
