I’m back. Pending withdrawals again
Patience is a virtue...and while that may be true It’s been yet again a struggle with this casino. I try and hope to resolve my problem directly with the casino but history seems to repeat itself when it comes to getting paid. And so I am here yet again. Tawni has come to my aid in the past and as much as I hate to ask I don’t know what else to do. I have 3 pending withdrawal request that haven’t even gone through the reviewing process. $1050 on 3/29, $200 on 4/18, and $500 on 4/29. I have contacted the casino for status multiple times (mainly for the older one) and again get the same ‘still pending due to high volume withdrawal request, pls be patient’ ‘your request has been escalated’. I believe all of my requests are now past the 7 day review period. And as much as I can understand that high volume requests can hinder processing time, my oldest one dated 3/29 is now beyond understandable I would say. Askgamblers- please help! I can only hope that you can help me and have all my winnings paid as soon as possible. I did request bitcoin payment and All my documents in file were verified as told by their representatives. Pls help.Thanks!
