Horrible customer service

My first complaint got rejected even though I said exactly what needed to be said . I requested a withdrawal on the 14th of November for $357 after my documents have been sent and approved . I have reached out multiple times regarding my refund still nothing , whenever I get to speak to someone they copy and paste their “terms” and time frame in which they clearly don’t follow. Since it was my first withdrawal they offered me express payment their terms states 7-10 days for wire transfer it has already been 10 days and my transfer isn’t even approved yet . I don’t understand what express payment mean to these people . All customer service do is give you the run around but have no problem assisting you when it comes down to making a deposit but when it’s time to get your money it’s very difficult. I was told on multiple occasions 7-10 days then I had someone tell me a month and at this point this is ridiculous. I just want to receive my funds I’m really stating to think this is fraud .

I apologize for not getting back to you sooner.

I'm pleased to tell you that your withdrawal was issued to your wallet, earlier this week: 12/9 Paid $170 (0.02279696) + no Fees Bitcoin transaction #145450752.

As you can see, there is a shortfall from your requested withdrawal amount. The reason for this is that you received a bonus, which helped to build your withdrawal. All bonuses are non-withdrawable and as such, removed from your total withdrawal amount.

I did not received the entire amount withdrawn and throughout the entire month I’ve been communicating back and forth no one in customer service advised of that I would not be receiving the entire $357
