Here we are again
Hello, unfortunately, this is the second time I've found it necessary to use your service. I have been patiently waiting for a payout of $1,000, from planet7, since April 2nd.
I understand part of the delay was on my end, once I was informed I needed to verify my identity again and submit updated documents, again. I received an email from the casino on June 19th. , confirming all was received, and my account was updated. That was almost a month ago to the day, and since have only got the usual run around from live chat, my request has been escalated, rest assured, payment is coming soon, etc, etc... I went along and took their word for it, and waiting much longer last time, before ending up here, which all was then resolved. It's too bad this keeps happening, I enjoy playing at p7, but getting paid, is not enjoyable, it's like clapping with one hand. Please help me resolve this situation, so I may receive the money I have earned. Thank you in advance to both ask gamblers, and p7, for your help resolving this matter.
