Help with slow payout

Hello, I have 2 withdraws I am waiting from Planet7.
1. $1,400 requested 11/29, approved on 12/14.
2. $2,000 requested on 12/01, approved on 12/21.

I have a VIP rep Alex that stopped responding to my emails or responded without answering the question I’ve asked. I contacted the customer support via chat and was told I should check status via chat anytime. I was patient and gave it the 7-10 business days after approval and still no payment made. Customer support escalated the case today and low and behold I got a email from VIP rep Alex telling me not to escalate or contact customer support. I can contact him via chat if I need answers. He also said the finance department is behind due to the Holiday. How?? It’s been a month in process!!! They’re the reason it’s still not done. Wire transfers take minutes to complete. I don’t understand why it takes 2 weeks to complete AFTER everything is approved.

I was also told that I will not receive payment for the 2nd approved withdraw until 7 days after the first is paid. I’m losing faith in Planet 7. This all sounds a little convenient for planet 7 to expect PAYING customers to abide by their written rules and timelines but they don’t have to. I would like the wire transfers sent for the 2 approved withdraws immediately. How can I get help to get these withdraws completed?

I’m writing to say I did receive the wire transfer from Planet 7. Everything went per their timeline at the maximum time, but it was completed. I am very happy and will continue playing at Planet 7.

I haven’t received the funds in my account as of today (1/07/2021). Tomorrow is 5 business days which is how long my bank said it takes to receive an international wire transfer. I will update soon.
