Have yet to receive my withdrawal payment
I requested a withdrawal from Planet 7 Casino and did all the verification requested. I received the following e-mail back 10 days later.

I then waited another 2 weeks and heard nothing. Continuing the Chat process for several more weeks. I was told that everything had been verified and it was now in payment processing. They would put a expedite on it and I should hear from them within 3-5 business days. Still nothing. I again continue to chat with them and even though they acknowledge that the payment is overdue they tell me all they can do is to continue to send priority notices to them and to check back in 3-5 business days. They told me today they do not know why it still has not been paid. Any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated.
