Have not received withdraw


I put I'm my withdrawal request on the 3rd of oct 2019, after many emails and no response, i received confirmation from the casino that they had finally sent my funds to my bank acc and i would receive the funds in my acc in 5-7 days. After 7 days i again attempted to contact the casino who then stated that i had to provide my bank info which i did the day i requested withdrawal and many times via email. I then finally got a response saying my funds were sent on the 21/10/2019, and i would recieve in 5 -10 days. Its now 1/11/2019 and i still have not received my funds.

Hi Emily--

I've checked on your account and I see that your withdrawal was sent off to our processor (10/21 Paid AUD $587.50 + AUD $12.50 Service fees for transaction #22474711) and the wire was confirmed by our processor as completed on 10/31.

With this, I would expect the funds have already landed in your bank account. Can you please confirm?
