Have not received payment

I had originally placed a withdrawal in early June and they continued to give me excuses about when it would be processed in live chat, and I continued to press the issue to no avail. My account is fully verified and they also have all of my payout information that they need to complete the withdrawal but they are still refusing to do so. I have servers reference numbers, they don’t know what they are doing. It is now going on 4 months and counting. Very unprofessional website that I would not recommend to anyone. The reference # is 6625037. And the person that is over my account on the documents team is Michael < surname removed >.
