Giving me hard time with $1051 withdrawal
I deposited $30 with a bonus back on March 2nd. I won and requested a withdraw of $1150 usd. I sent in all required documents and they were all approved. I was told within 7-10 business days the withdraw would be approved and a my check would be sent out. March 18th they approved $1051 usd . Which is fine $99 dollars was from the bonus I received. I checked in with them every few days after march 18th to see when the check would be sent out, and i kept getting excuses about a high volume of withdraws and that it would be sent out soon. After asking a few times I was told my request was being escalated to get it handled as quickly as possible. Then on April 4th I got a email saying the Finance department is unable process check withdraws now, and they need my wire information. April 5th I sent in all required information for the wire. I was told they would escalate my withdraw again and it would be just a few days. Today when i followed up with them the chat team just kept giving me the same old run around and that they were working on it. But after being very friendly and patient with them im not trusting that they will be sending my wire any time soon, and it feels like they dont have any intention of following there own policy that they ask you to keep in mind for how long it will take. So now im hoping to get some help.
