Getting round around for too long

I requested a bitcoin withdrawal of $1,000 on 5.1.2020 and another withdrawal of $750 on 5.3.2020. I submitted my ID, a bill in my name, verified my identity online via Webcam, submitted the CC authorization form, and sent in every document they requested. I received an email from Michael Alberts on 5.14.2020 that ticket #6552989 has been updated and I have been verified.
I sent my bitcoin address and Lauren Williams respondes that my address had been received. On 5.19.2020 I received an email saying my payment was declined.
I messaged a live CSR asking why and they said it was my bitcoin address & asked that I resubmit it. I had issues with their email system so the CSR took my address down and said they updated my information in their system with it & asked I re-request my withdrawal. This time I did it for a flat request for $1650 on 5.19.2020. I asked if it was going to take 2-3 weeks again and they said no because I was verified. I finally got the email to work as well and sent my bitcoin address again that way as well with anote response from Lauren Williams on 5.25.2020 that it was received.
I messaged a CSR on 5.26.2020 and asked what was going on & they said it was still pending and they were going to follow up with it.
This is taking far too long. It’s bitcoin for crying out out, the MAX it should take is 4 business days like any other casino. Regardless of their terms and conditions, especially after verification.
I’ve been patient long enough at this point. I have saved each correspondence email from everyone I have spoken to as well to prove whet I’ve stated is based on facts of what I was told.

Dear all,

As apparent from the submitter's latest post, the AskGamblers Complaint Team is pleased to announce the case has been resolved and closed.

We thank both parties for their assistance during the complaint process.

I guess it’s resolved. I still don’t feel taking $450 is right - when in theory it was spent before I was able to withdrawal anything so what I did request was my own winnings after the fact. Seems like a shady double dipping policy that they’re doing.

Hi Kari--

I'm so sorry for the late reply. I had replied a few days back, but the response did not post (there's a small glitch here at AG, which happens occasionally).

As you mentioned, a payment was issued to your wallet, last week: 6/2 Paid $1200 (0.11901025) + no Service Fee for Bitcoin transaction #155039490.

Regarding the shortfall from your requested amount, this is because you received two bonuses during your play ( NORULESFIESTA (4 of 999)+NORULESFIESTA (5 of 999) $230+$219.90= $249.90). As all bonuses are non-withdrawable, the bonus funds were removed from the total amount of your withdrawal.

I wish you all the very best,

Tawni
